We do not provide store credit, exchange or returns for changes of mind or change of circumstance. Please read our Returns Policy for more information.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase and before shipment of goods will be made. Orders will not be dispatched prior to cleared payment and if payment does not clear (such as in the case of a PayPal e-Cheque) the order will be automatically cancelled.
Delivery costs are outlined in our Shipping Policy. We do not offer ‘safe to leave’ options or untracked delivery services. Please note we always do our best to get deliveries to you as fast as possible but cannot control Australia post or courier delivery times.
