  • You can expect to receive a shipping notification from our store system by email including a tracking code for your order.

    The tracking codes are automatically generated and they become active once Australia Post depot has scanned your parcel.

  • We ship Australia wide but plan to expand to international shipping in the near future.

  • We ship most orders on the same or next business day after order placement. Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days and from there transit times differ depending on your location.

    Our system will automatically send you an email containing relevant tracking codes for your order on dispatch so that you can monitor the status of your parcel delivery at your convenience.

  • We don’t accept offers to safe drop or advice that an area is ‘safe to leave’ as unfortunately it puts us at risk in the event of a lost parcel or theft.
